The caravan is situated within The Paddocks,  in a quiet and most sought after location on Butlin's Resort in Skegness, and is only a 3 minute walk from the main Butlin's complex. The caravan has a large Veranda with 3 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite, and 2 twins.  There is full double glazing throughout, central heating, and a new modern log effect electric fire with remote control in the lounge area.  All gas & electricity included. There is a 32" colour TV with Freeview in the lounge and a DVD player.  The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas cooker, microwave,  fridge, small freezer, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, in addition there is a second separate toilet  also. Extra accessories include Iron, small ironing board and a hoover. There is a smoke alarm & fire extinguisher.  Quilts, pillows and protective covers are supplied in all rooms
